Love FRUIT? Rock veggies? Well we've got good news for you because most of your favourite foods are also GOOD FRIENDS to your SKIN. How so? Because they contain the essential VITAMINS and NUTRIENTS to feed your skin with GOODNESS, and eating well is as important to your complexion as using skin care products. ANTIOXIDANT-RICH foods like green leafy VEG (easy to remember) and dark FRUIT (ditto) are the best - so you should be eating plenty of kurly cale, broccoli, raspberries and BLACKBERRIES, or blending these together to make delicious SMOOTHIES. Here are our two of our favourite RECIPES - get the blender out and start getting smooth ..




2 cups frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup hemp milk (try Good Hemp from Ocado)

1/2 cup water

1 scoop protein powder (this is optional: we use MyProtein Hemp Protein - it enhances a smoothie's protein power).

This smoothie can be as thick as a pudding if you add the protein powder, or as runny as a conventional smoothie - so easy to drink for breakfast - if you just add water. Blend mangos, milk, water, and protein powder together in a blender until completely smooth. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top if you like. Serves 2.

Handful of ice

1 banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup unsweetened hemp milk

1 scoop Chocolate Vega Whole Food Health Optimizer (you can purchase this on Amazon)

1 tsp wheatgrass powder

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2-3 cups water

Blend all ingredeints until smooth. Serves 1-2.
